My practice currently focuses on working with LGBTQIA+, trans and gender expansive teens 13+, young adults, and adults who are motivated in desiring connection with others and wanting to find a sense of belonging with their emotions and sense of self.

I use a mix of expressive and art therapy interventions with acceptance and commitment therapy, person centered, somatic expression, and systems based therapies.

It is my belief that everyone has the capacity to relearn tools that help them live towards a life worth living. I focus on the here and now moments to further support people in learning how to feel their emotions and unlearn cycles of culturally learned shame and avoidance of emotional distress. Sessions are client led, and my role is to guide, support, and challenge you towards identified goals.

A typical session may focus on:

• Developing skills to sit with uncomfortable or previously avoided emotional experiences
   

• Learning how to be in healthy relationship with emotions
   

• Learning how to be present for yourself and others via awareness of patterns
